The two halves of the loudspeaker cannot be paired with each other.
If the two halves of the loudspeaker do not pair, you can reset the TrueWireless function. To do this, switch off Bluetooth on the mobile phone, switch on one half of the loudspeaker and then briefly press the power button three times. Do this on both halves of the speaker, one after the other. For pairing and connecting the speaker halves to each other, it does not matter whether they are assembled or not.
