Where in the room is the best place to position the air purifier?
For maximum improvement in air quality, it's best to position the air purifier in the centre of the room. Here, it can draw in polluted air from all sides and then distribute the filtered air evenly around the room.

How often do I have to change the air purifier's filters? Do I have to change them all at once or individually?
he filter change display flashes when the filter needs to be replaced. The air purifier calculates a required filter change according to how long it is used for. With daily use, the combi-filter should be used up after approx. 6 - 12 months.
The combi-filter for the air purifier is made up of several layers, making it a complete component that is changed in one go. -
Can I reduce my allergy to cats with the air purifier?
Yes. For allergy or asthma sufferers, or people living in areas with high fine dust pollution, an air purifier is almost indispensable and makes perfect sense. Air purifiers don't cure the conditions, but they do reduce the pollutants in the air (including animal fur) and therefore symptoms.

Can I use the air purifier while the window is open too?
If too much air comes in from outside, the air purifier may struggle to remove all of the pollution. Our tip is therefore to ventilate the room regularly to keep adequate levels of oxygen in the room, and to then activate the air purifier.

For replacement, use the 4in1 combination filter for the "Basic" air purifier, article number 00186439. We recommend a change at least every 12 months, depending on the device's level of use.
