How do I know which version of the "Fit Track 1900" fitness tracker I have?
You can find out which version of the "Fit Track 1900" fitness tracker you have with just a few clicks. Press the Touch key until the Mac address appears. Now hold the Touch key down for 3 seconds. If you have the Yoho Sports App, "OFF/ON" appears. With the new version with the FitPro App, "PowerDown" appears.

If the error message "MAC address does not exist" appears on your "Fit-Track 1900" fitness tracker, you have downloaded the wrong app. See the FAQ "How do I know which version of the 'Fit Track 1900' fitness tracker I have?" to find out which app you need for the "Fit Track 1900".

The pedometer is displaying significantly fewer steps. Why is this?
The display of counted steps updates with a slight delay, after around 500 - 1000 steps.

The fitness tracker cannot synchronise with the app. What should I do?
Disable the Bluetooth connection and attempt to re-synchronise the tracker after re-establishing the connection. It can also be useful to delete the stored tracker from the Bluetooth settings and re-pair it. If necessary, we recommend uninstalling the app and downloading it again.
Note: For mobile phones with the Android operating system, various software versions are available which can lead to differences in functionality. -
The battery on my fitness tracker goes flat after just a few hours. How can I make my battery last longer?
To use the tracker's full battery time, charge the device fully.
