Key finder - searching made easy
Lost, misplaced, hidden and even stolen - our belongings are often impossible to find for a variety of reasons. This may be less tragic for a sock lost in the washing machine. But for backpacks, handbags, jackets, keys, bicycles, etc. - finding them is important. With your Apple iPhone, iPad or iPod, the key finder and the "Find My" app, searching is a thing of the past and finding is the order of the day.
More than just a key finder
Do you like to leave your keys in the fridge, forget your jacket at a party or your backpack on the underground? Then put a stop to it with the key finder. With your iPhone and the "Find My" app, you no longer have to search for lost items, just find them. This is possible, for example, in "Notify when left behind" mode: If you move more than 300 metres away from the object to which the key finder is attached, you will receive a notification on your iPhone and can quickly sprint back.
The Bluetooth tag with loop is best attached to things that are important to you, are easily lost or are often stolen, especially bicycles. Of course, you can also simply place the key finder in a compartment of your backpack. If the bike is no longer in front of the university and the backpack is not on your back, then activate the "Find my" app and, depending on the distance, use the entire Apple user network to find it. What's more: does your dog like to explore the forest on his own? Attach the key finder to the collar and know in good time if the dog moves too far away.
Always follow the sound
Has the key fallen into the bushes and you're struggling to see it? Activate "Play sound" on the iPhone and the key finder will beep for approx. 10 seconds, making it easier for you to locate your keys, wallet and card holder. 120-decibel beeps are enough to penetrate even the densest undergrowth. This works if the object, including the key finder, is within Bluetooth range of your mobile phone. No longer within Bluetooth range? Then activate the Apple community in the "Find my" network. This allows the lost item to be located by another Apple device.
What about data security?
In the course of data security you ask yourself: will everyone be able to see where I am? Location data and the key finder's history cannot be spied on. The advanced encryption prevents unauthorised access to the data.
